It started with just an e-mail invite from Carly.
Hi All,

Please be advised that we will have a alcoholiday tomorrow at around 10 PM onwards.
Possible venue is at Top Grill or should you have other places where we can chill and have fun please feel free to suggest.

This is the time to unwind and relax so if you want to ask other people to come along, please feel free to invite them... make sure na they are fun to be with and has high alcohol tolerance.(Hehehehe)

So I will so you tomorrow night. Please confirm as early as possible or [pwede din bigla ka na lang sumulpot na parang kabote, ngunit subalit datapwat pag ginawa mo yun, magkakaroon ka ng isang malaking check sa noo at bongang bongang isang set ng beer.

Lovingly Yours,

Take care! Garnier!
And yippee!
The much needed break we've been looking for.

I have not much time to spill out the details. So let me just give you a breeze of what happened.

10:00 pm Meet up at TEC drop off (Russell, Richmond, Mark and Pink)

Swine Flu? I almost freaked out!

I may sound silly but I thought I got it.

I woke up half past 1 in the morning today. I experienced chills so I stripped my bed and enwrap myself with sheets, blankets and pillow cases. I then curled up to sleep in a foetus position. Bothered with headache and tonsilitis as well. Crap! I felt so tired even if I slept for almost 11 hours.

I still can get up to bed so probably it's just a common cold. (A bit thankful! Relieved!)

Still I went to the office cuz it's like a second home to me. I may not feel well but the cozy environment and warm people makes me feel better!

Thanks to all those who wish me well!

Define Weird?

For Hell's sake, I have to deal my everyday life with uncanny people. I am much better off alone. And I'm more than willing to endure all tasks by myself and cover hours of more stays than dealing with bizarre classmates. Imagine me now studying with headset fully compacted in my ear and the sounds in full blast so as not to be bothered by their rants and loud whinings! I'm trying to contain myself. One of them is a Poser King who tends to always cloud conversation with overly exaggerated make-believes. The other, a Keen Observer who backstabs and drags you when the situation calls for it. Adding up to it, both have psychological defects!

I just can't handle it! Save me!

Annual Physical Examination

Earlier today, we had our annual physical examination. I've been working for 5 years and this is my first time to be emotionally (?cuz I hate it) equipped to undergo ALL steps (I always skipped one or two). Perhaps, that came with getting old. I hate finding out that my blood pressure is ridiculously high and it fluctuates in half an hour. Luckily, my vision equity is normal - 20/20. Nonetheless, still I hate finding out what’s wrong with me. That means I have to deal with them and overall, I hate the process!
When I was already inside the physical exam room, queueing with my colleagues, I was both dreading and hoping that the doctor to violate me should be old. 'Cuz if not, say a young sexy nurse or a foxy doctor (like my cousin) it'll be hard to keep my souljaboy down and evade an epic boner moment. (It happened before). Good thing that there's an old fat guy with sunglasses (he probably has blurred vision, haha) to watch me strip naked. I take pride for doing this a…

Ton's 25th Birthday

I was late in the office by hours!

Oh my ... I came all the way from SM The Block after a date with Tia Baby and the Birthday Boy - Kuya Ton. It was all fun ('cuz it's a treat! peace Ton!) Well, more than that is the bonding we've had after about less than a decade of not having that awesome threesome date. It's Ton's post-birthday celebration, his 25th.

Just night before, we all (the family) felt bloated cuz the food was an overload. We all made an effort to please the celebrant. Tia Baby prepared the traditional pansit (for long life) and her signature crispy fried chicken. And how can it be all without cake and ice creams ... (yes, with an "s") since I also bought my share of Double Dutch (after failing to find Coffee Crumble - our fave). As soon as I got home by 9:30, we had our dinner without the celebrant (same as what happened to my own bash). We avidly enjoyed the food to the last piece. After an hour, there comes the birthday boy with a LARGE Sba…

Five Finger Prayer

This is so neat. I had never heard this before. This is beautiful - and it is surely worth making the 5 finger prayer a part of our lives.

1. Your thumb is nearest you. So begin your prayers by praying for those closest to you. They are the easiest to remember. To pray for our loved ones is, as C. S. Lewis once said, a 'sweet duty.'

2. The next finger is the pointing finger. Pray for those who teach, instruct and heal. This includes teachers, doctors, and ministers. They need support and wisdom in pointing others in the right direction. Keep them in your prayers.

3. The next finger is the tallest finger. It reminds us of our leaders. Pray for the president, leaders in business and industry, and administrators. These people shape our nation and guide public opinion. They need God's guidance.

4. The fourth finger is our ring finger. Surprising to many is the fact that this is our weakest finger, as any piano teacher will testify. It should remind us to pray for t…

Michael Jackson's Controversial Last Photo

Not until I saw this picture when I was completely convinced that the King of Pop is dead.

This controversial photo was reported to have cost the publisher a stunning amount of $ 500,000.00.

Officials also released the King's Death Certificate although some information (e.g. cause of death) are deferred since the results of his official autopsy (toxicology) are still on hold.

Michael Jackson Memorial Live Stream

Free Videos by Ustream.TV
On Tuesday, July 7th at 10:00 AM PT, there will be a memorial for the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson(), at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The response has been huge: 1.6 million people signed up for just 17,500 tickets. Luckily, you do not have to be there in person to pay tribute to Jackson’s memory, as there will be multiple live streams of the event on the web.

They'll be streaming it live over at and there will be a download available afterward at so you can keep a memory of it. For now, though, the site is just streaming re-runs of Michael Jackson performances :)
